Mindbody Integration

Connect MindBody for location information and fitness center data.

Introduction

The Mindbody integration connects your LiveTok AI Agent with your Mindbody account, enabling it to access location information, fitness center data, and other Mindbody resources during customer conversations. This allows customers to get information about your fitness or wellness business directly through chat.

Purpose: Enable your AI Agent to access Mindbody data during conversations, providing customers with accurate information about locations, classes, and services.

Motivation: Fitness and wellness businesses using Mindbody need to provide customers with information about locations, schedules, and services. This integration brings Mindbody data into conversations, allowing the AI Agent to answer questions about your business without manual lookup.

Capabilities

Location Information Access

The AI Agent can access your Mindbody location information, including addresses, hours, contact details, and facility information. Customers can ask about locations and receive accurate details.

Fitness Center Data

Access fitness center data including class schedules, instructor information, services offered, and other relevant business information stored in Mindbody.

Configuration

Prerequisites

• Active Mindbody account
• Mindbody Site ID
• Optional: Activation code (if required by your Mindbody setup)

Connect Mindbody

1. Get Your Mindbody Site ID

   • Log in to your Mindbody account
   • Your Site ID can be found in your Mindbody account settings or API documentation
   • It’s typically a numeric identifier

2. Get Activation Code (if required)

   • Some Mindbody accounts require an activation code for API access
   • Check your Mindbody API documentation or contact Mindbody support if needed

3. Configure in LiveTok

   • Go to Dashboard > Connect
   • Find Mindbody in the available tools
   • Click Configure
   • Enter your Site ID
   • Enter Activation Code (if required, otherwise leave blank)
   • Click Save

4. Verify Connection

   • Check that Mindbody is listed under “Configured Tools”
   • Test by asking the AI Agent about your Mindbody location or services

Configuration Settings

• Site ID: Your Mindbody site identifier
• Activation Code: Optional activation code if required by your Mindbody account

Once configured, your AI Agent can access your Mindbody data during conversations.
