Introduction
The HubSpot integration connects your LiveTok conversations with your HubSpot CRM, ensuring all customer interactions are tracked, contacts stay updated, and your sales team has complete visibility into customer communication history.
Purpose: Create a unified view of customer interactions across chat and CRM, enabling better customer relationship management and sales processes.
Motivation: Your sales and support teams need context from customer conversations to provide personalized service and close deals effectively. This integration eliminates manual data entry and ensures no customer interaction is missed.
Capabilities
Automatic Contact Sync
Sync customer information bidirectionally between LiveTok and HubSpot. New customers automatically create HubSpot contacts, and updated customer info syncs to HubSpot. Contact updates from HubSpot also sync back to LiveTok.
Conversation History Logging
Automatically log conversations as activities in HubSpot, including full conversation transcripts, customer information, and conversation context. Each activity is associated with the appropriate contact.
Deal and Ticket Creation
Automatically create deals and tickets in HubSpot based on conversation events, tags, or keywords. This ensures sales opportunities and support requests are properly tracked in your CRM.
Configuration
Prerequisites
- Active HubSpot account
- HubSpot admin or super admin access
- API access enabled
Connect HubSpot

Navigate to Connect
- Go to Dashboard > Connect
- Find HubSpot in the available tools
- Click Connect

Authorize Access
- Sign in to HubSpot
- Review requested permissions:
- Read/write contacts
- Read/write deals
- Read/write tickets
- Read/write activities
- Click Authorize

Verify Connection
- Check that HubSpot is listed under “Configured Tools”
- Test by having a conversation and verifying it appears in HubSpot
Configuration Settings
Once connected, customer data and conversations will automatically sync with HubSpot. You can configure field mappings and sync preferences through the integration settings.
