Motivation: Business owners and managers need to stay informed about customer conversations but may not always be monitoring the dashboard. Email notifications provide a convenient way to receive summaries of completed conversations.
Capabilities
Automatic Email Summaries
When a conversation is completed by the AI Agent, an email summary is automatically sent to the configured email address. The summary includes key conversation details, customer information, and the outcome of the interaction.
Conversation Completion Notifications
Receive timely notifications whenever your AI Agent successfully resolves a customer conversation, allowing you to review important interactions and follow up when necessary.
Configuration
Prerequisites
- Valid email address to receive notifications
- Email delivery service configured in LiveTok
Connect Email

Navigate to Connect
- Go to Dashboard > Connect
- Find Email in the available tools
- Click Configure

Enter Email Address
- Enter the email address where you want to receive conversation summaries
- Click Save

Verify Connection
- Check that the email integration is now listed under “Configured Tools”
- Test by completing a conversation and verifying the email is received
Email Settings
The email integration requires only an email address. Once configured, you will automatically receive email summaries whenever the AI Agent completes a conversation.
