The Calendly integration enables your AI Agent to share personalized Calendly scheduling links during customer conversations. Instead of manually coordinating availability, customers can instantly access your booking page and select a time that works for them.
Purpose: Simplify appointment scheduling by leveraging Calendly’s powerful scheduling engine while maintaining conversational flow.
Motivation: Many businesses already use Calendly for scheduling. This integration allows you to continue using Calendly’s features (team scheduling, round-robin, payment collection) while providing customers a seamless conversational experience.

Share Scheduling Links
When a customer requests to schedule an appointment, the AI Agent intelligently identifies the request and shares the relevant Calendly booking link, allowing customers to instantly view available times in their timezone and complete the booking process.
Event Type Detection
AI Agent intelligently selects the correct Calendly event type based on customer requests, automatically matching phrases like “consultation”, “demo”, or “follow-up” to the appropriate event type.
Booking Notifications
Receive notifications when customers book through shared links, with booking confirmations synced to LiveTok conversations.
Configuration
Prerequisites
- Active Calendly account
- At least one event type created in Calendly
- API access enabled
Connect Calendly

Navigate to Connect
- Go to Dashboard > Connect
- Find Calendly in the available tools
- Click Connect

Authorize Access
- Sign in to your Calendly account
- Review requested permissions
- Click Authorize

Verify Connection
- Check that Calendly is listed under “Configured Tools”
- Test by asking the AI Agent to share a scheduling link
Configuration Settings
Once connected, the AI Agent can immediately share Calendly links. You can configure event type mappings and link sharing preferences through your Calendly account settings.
